Brief: Amidst COVID-Stage 4 lockdown, starting and working remotely, oversee a team of seven delivering the marketing operations and communications for Australia’s fifth largest Super Fund, with $85bn under management, UniSuper.

Ensure Member engagement and employee brand advocacy, whilst positioning UniSuper and its CIO as a leader through a video series, Five Questions for the CIO.

Results: In less than six weeks oversaw the delivery, e-and-social-distribution to 300,000+ Members of this video, among 56 other projects.

HAIRROOM SALONS - BEHIND THE SCENES CORPORATE VIDEO

Brief: Leading No Fussing About, Ben Walkenhorst was briefed to deliver a integrated B2B and B2C campaigns to increase sales and build customer loyalty. 

In addition to customer loyalty, social media, in store promotions, retail product promotions and seasonal campaigns, together with Luminaire Pictures, Ben shot an Every Day Collection behind the scenes video and a promotional brand video at HAIROOM HAWTHORN, then set up a YouTube Channel, before delivering a content marketing strategy.

Results:
Overall campaign Increased customer bookings and retention by 10%.

Yarra Trams - Spring Fling

Brief: Shoot a corporate video that celebrates Yarra Trams and the Spring Fling, and that can be used to sell other Festival partnerships for Keolis Downer.

Using a variety of filming techniques, The XGene brought to life the safe, fun and easy traveller experience to, at and from the Spring Fling.

Results: Video used by Yarra Trams to sell its services to community festivals around Melbourne
